2. Purpose
These Terms of Service (hereinafter the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Phano platform (hereinafter the "Service"), published by Suleiman Mulla, sole proprietor.
The Service is a B2B SaaS composite intelligence platform for Customer Success and Account Management teams. It analyzes the data connected by the user, produces account diagnostics (risks, opportunities) and delivers them directly into the team's working tools, without imposing a dashboard.
3. Acceptance
Signing up for the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you access the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
4. Registration and account
- Registration is reserved for professionals acting in the course of their business (B2B)
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
- An account is personal and may not be shared between several users
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information
5. Description of the Service
Phano provides the following features depending on the plan subscribed:
- A composite intelligence engine that cross-references six analysis techniques (calibrated ML scoring, relationship graph, causal diagnosis, conversational analysis, data reliability, composite rules) on the data connected by the user
- Four specialized agents (Field, Defense, Expansion, Strategy) that use these techniques to produce prioritized account diagnostics
- Connection to the user's tools (CRM, support, product usage, email, calendar) through an OAuth manager
- Delivery of diagnostics into the user's tools through five distribution channels: email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, CRM write-back and webhook
- On-demand read access through a REST API and an MCP server
- An administration area: team management, channel configuration, adoption tracking
6. Plans and pricing

Prices are exclusive of taxes. Annual billing benefits from a discount. The trial is available with no commitment and no credit card.
7. Payment
- Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified provider. Phano does not store any banking data.
- Billing is monthly or annual depending on the chosen plan
- In the event of non-payment, a 7-day grace period is granted before the Service is suspended
- After suspension, data is kept for 30 days before permanent deletion
- In accordance with Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code, any late payment incurs late-payment penalties at the applicable statutory rate
8. Use of the Service
The user agrees to:
- Use the Service in accordance with its professional purpose
- Not attempt to circumvent quota limitations or security measures
- Not use the Service to store or process sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR (health data, political opinions, etc.)
- Respect the intellectual property rights of third parties
- Not resell, sublicense or redistribute access to the Service
- Not engage in scraping, reverse engineering or automated data extraction
9. Artificial intelligence: transparency and responsibility
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence (EU AI Act):
- The Service uses artificial intelligence systems (language models, predictive scoring, data analysis) to assist the user in their decisions
- AI-generated content (diagnostics, analyses, suggestions, scores) constitutes decision support and in no way professional, legal or financial advice
- The user remains solely responsible for decisions made on the basis of this content
- Personal data is anonymized before any processing by third-party AI providers
- Phano does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or relevance of AI-generated content
- The underlying AI providers do not reuse user data to train their models
- Diagnostics and content delivered by the Service are identified as AI-generated
10. Intellectual property
- The Service, its source code, design, documentation and algorithms are the exclusive property of the publisher
- The user retains full ownership of the data they import into the Service
- AI-generated content produced from the user's data is the property of the user
- The user grants Phano a limited license to use their data solely for the purpose of providing the Service
11. Personal data protection
Phano is committed to protecting its users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

12. Availability and maintenance
Phano strives to maintain Service availability of 99.5% per month, excluding planned maintenance and force majeure events.
- Planned maintenance is announced with reasonable notice
- No availability guarantee is offered during the trial period
- Phano is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party providers
13. Support
- Support is available by email at contact@phano.ai
- Standard subscribers benefit from priority support
14. Limitation of liability
- Phano shall not be held liable for indirect damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data or loss of profit
- Phano's total liability is limited to the amounts paid by the user over the last 12 months
- Phano is not responsible for the use the user makes of AI-generated content
- Liability limitation clauses do not apply in the event of gross negligence or willful misconduct
15. Termination
- The user may cancel their subscription at any time from the billing settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Phano may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, with 15 days' prior notice except in urgent cases
- In the event of termination, the user has 30 days to export their data
- Beyond this period, data is permanently deleted
16. Force majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for a failure to perform its obligations resulting from a force majeure event within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, including but not limited to: natural disaster, pandemic, cyberattack, failure of an essential third-party provider.
17. Changes to the Terms
Phano reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be informed by email at least 30 days before substantial changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after this period constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution within 30 days. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
19. Severability
If any clause of these Terms is declared void or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in force and retain their full effect.
